Ron Pellizzi has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Ron began learning his trade by working with various high end NYC catering houses, catering for NY’s social elite on both large and small scales.
Chef Ron graduated from the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, learning more about professional food preparation and restaurant management.
Ron extended his education while living abroad to attend the world-renowned Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Asti - Italy learning more about cuisine and creative food preparation.
